DIR-3 KYC Web Filing Online, handled by CA Rinky Vishwakarma, ICAI 177507, at SVT & Associates.
DIR-3 KYC Web is the single MCA form through which every DIN holder files KYC once every three financial years, due by 30 June. It also reports changes in mobile number, email or address and reactivates a deactivated DIN. SVT & Associates files it online for ₹999, with the filing acknowledgement shared afterwards.

Since 31 March 2026 the earlier DIR-3 KYC e-form and the DIR-3 KYC-Web service have been merged into one form, DIR-3 KYC Web. For a routine filing with no changes, verification happens through OTPs sent to the mobile number and email registered against your DIN, so no digital signature is needed.
When a filing changes your mobile number, email or residential address, the form needs your digital signature and certification by a practising CA, CS or CMA. Because we check the DIN's status and contact details first, you know in advance which of the two routes applies to you.

Under Rule 12A as amended with effect from 31 March 2026, DIR-3 KYC is due by 30 June of the year following every third consecutive financial year. Directors who had completed KYC before the change have their next filing due by 30 June 2028. Send us your DIN and we confirm your own date.
No. The annual requirement with a 30 September deadline was replaced by a once-in-three-years filing. What has not changed is the duty to report a new mobile number, email address or residential address within 30 days, which applies at any point in your three-year cycle.
The DIN is deactivated, which blocks the director from signing MCA filings for every company or LLP they serve. Reactivation is done through DIR-3 KYC Web with a flat government fee of ₹5,000. Our professional fee of ₹999 is charged separately, and we confirm the position before you pay.
Only when the filing updates your mobile number, email address or residential address. That kind of filing needs the director's digital signature and certification by a practising CA, CS or CMA. A routine three-yearly KYC with no changes is verified through OTPs sent to your registered mobile and email.
For a routine filing you need your DIN, PAN and access to the mobile number and email registered against the DIN so you can approve OTPs. NRI and foreign directors add passport details. If you are updating an address, keep a recent address proof and your digital signature ready.
Report it through DIR-3 KYC Web within 30 days of the change. This is required even when your three-year KYC is not yet due, and it does not restart your cycle. Because it alters your record, the form needs your digital signature and a CA's certification.
Once we have your DIN, PAN and your OTPs, we typically complete the filing within about one hour during working hours. MCA portal processing and status updates on the DIN itself are outside our control, so we share the acknowledgement as soon as it is generated rather than promise a fixed MCA timeline.
SVT & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm, and the filing is prepared and, where certification is required, certified by a practising ICAI-registered CA with a UDIN. You receive the MCA acknowledgement with the Service Request Number so you have proof of every filing we make.
The e-form and the web service used to be separate, with the e-form used for first filings and changes. Since 31 March 2026 there is one form, DIR-3 KYC Web, and digital signature is needed only when contact details or address are being updated.
No. KYC is personal to the DIN holder. One filing covers your DIN across every company or LLP where you serve, so you file once per cycle, not once per board. Send your DIN and PAN and we confirm the exact position for your case before any fee is charged.
