Since NRI clients are rarely able to visit an office in person, the entire process — document sharing, CA review and delivery of the signed PDF — happens over WhatsApp and email, with our CA available to coordinate around different time zones.
Many NRI clients hold a mix of Indian property or FDs alongside overseas bank accounts or investments. We include what you can document from both sides, clearly separated, since foreign banks and Indian authorities often want to see the split rather than one combined figure.
A CA-signed statement of your total assets (in India and, where documented, abroad) minus your liabilities, as on a specific date, carrying a UDIN verifiable on the ICAI portal.
Indian bank statements (NRE/NRO accounts) for six months, Indian property documents, FD and mutual fund statements, PAN card, overseas bank or investment statements if being included, and Indian loan statements if any liabilities exist.
Because currency, taxation and legal jurisdiction differ between India and an NRI's country of residence, we keep Indian and foreign assets clearly separated on the certificate, with each figure tied to a specific document you've shared, rather than a single blended number. This is generally what both Indian banks and foreign lenders expect to see.
Note: NRE/NRO account rules and country-specific visa/loan documentation requirements can change. Please confirm the current requirement with your bank or visa authority before submission — we will format the certificate to match once confirmed.

A sample layout with the three things that get a certificate accepted, highlighted.
Figures, name and valuation date are blurred here — this is a sample. On your certificate, every field is fully visible to you and whoever you submit it to.
What matters before you pay: a genuine UDIN, an authorised signature, a verifiable stamp. That's what we're showing upfront.
Ask a CA FirstA CA-verified statement of what you own minus what you owe, as on a specific date. Wrong format for the requesting authority is the top reason certificates get sent back.
For Schengen, US, UK, Canada and Gulf visa applications. Embassies check the valuation date closely, usually within 30 days.
For loan guarantees, tender eligibility and court matters like divorce or asset disputes. Needs higher detail on liabilities.
Not a back office. Every certificate is reviewed personally before it carries a signature.

20 years in practice. Personally checks every valuation date against the bank, embassy or court's specific requirement before signing.
No templates. Every certificate is reviewed and signed by a practising CA, and verifiable before you submit it.
Every certificate carries a UDIN generated through ICAI. Confirm it's a real, currently practising CA, not a document mill.
Bank statements, property papers, investments. Tell us the purpose so the format is right.
Figures are checked against your documents, not taken at face value.
See the draft figures first. Pay ₹1,999 only once it checks out.
Standard cases signed within 30 minutes. Complex cases, we tell you upfront.
Most local CAs charge ₹3,000–₹6,000 for the same certificate.
Fixed fee, no surprises.
Yes. This is a standardised filing for our team, not a custom audit — we've issued over a thousand offline through the same verified process. The price comes from volume, not from skipping verification. Same UDIN, same signing CA, same accountability as a ₹6,000 certificate.
"My bank abroad wanted proof of my Indian assets separately from my foreign ones. SVT structured it exactly that way."
"Needed this for an Indian property sale as an NRI. Entire process done over WhatsApp, no need to fly down."
"Sponsoring my parents' visit visa needed a net worth certificate. Delivered within a day despite the time difference."
