These terms apply when you request a Net Worth Certificate or other service from SVT & Associates, Chartered Accountants, through this website or WhatsApp.
We prepare a CA-signed, UDIN-verified Net Worth Certificate based on the documents and figures you provide. The certificate reflects the information available to us at the time of preparation; it does not constitute an audit or legal opinion.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents (bank statements, property papers, investment proofs, etc.). The certificate is prepared based on what you share, and cross-checked against those documents before signing.
Standard certificates are typically signed within 30 minutes of document verification. Complex or multi-asset cases may take longer; you will be informed of the expected time before payment. If a standard case runs longer than the time quoted to you in writing, a partial refund applies as described in our Refund Policy.
Payment of ₹1,999 (or the price quoted to you) is collected only after the CA has reviewed and confirmed your figures, before final signing and delivery.
While we format certificates to match common requirements of embassies, banks, tenders and courts, final acceptance depends on the requesting authority's own rules, which can vary or change. We are not liable for rejection due to requirements outside our control.
Our liability in connection with any certificate is limited to the fee paid for that certificate. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
