You pay only once the CA confirms your figures

The document list for a net worth certificate changes with its purpose. A visa application, an F&O activation, a tender bid and a SEBI accreditation each need a different set, which is why a single generic checklist sends most people back for a second round of paperwork.

No gate, no email capture

This checklist is free to read and use directly — no form to fill before you can see it.

You're probably close to buying

If you're at the stage of assembling paperwork, you're usually days away from needing the actual certificate — message us on WhatsApp once you've checked what you have.

What documents are needed for a net worth certificate?

At minimum, every net worth certificate needs recent bank statements, PAN, and details of any loans or liabilities. Beyond that baseline, the list depends heavily on purpose.

Visa applications

  • Six months of bank statements (savings and any NRE/NRO accounts).
  • FD and mutual fund statements.
  • Property documents, if being included.
  • PAN card.

F&O / demat activation

  • Three to six months of bank statements.
  • Existing demat/trading account details.
  • PAN card.

Tender or GeM bids

  • Business bank statements and, where relevant, audited financials.
  • Business asset and property statements.
  • The specific tender's prescribed net worth format, if one exists.

Bank loans and guarantees

  • Bank statements, property documents, FD/investment statements.
  • Existing loan statements, if any.

SEBI accreditation

  • Bank, FD, mutual fund and portfolio statements.
  • Property documents where property forms part of net worth.
  • For entities: incorporation documents and financial statements.

Do I need property papers for a net worth certificate?

Only if you want property value included in your total net worth figure — many visa and F&O certificates work fine with just liquid assets, while tender, loan and SEBI certificates usually need the fuller picture.

Can I use a joint bank account in a net worth certificate?

Generally, only your proportionate share of a joint account is included, and this should be clearly stated on the certificate rather than assumed.

What matters before you pay: a genuine UDIN, an authorised signature, a verifiable stamp. That's what we're showing upfront.

what is it

What is a Net Worth Certificate?

A CA-verified statement of what you own minus what you owe, as on a specific date. Wrong format for the requesting authority is the top reason certificates get sent back.

Documents Required for a Net Worth Certificate, By Purpose

Once you know what you need, the certificate itself is a fixed, published fee.

  • Free purpose-wise document checklist
  • CA reviews what you already have
  • Tells you what's missing before you pay anything
  • Certificate fee confirmed upfront, no surprises

Why Is the Checklist Free?

Most providers gate even a basic document list behind a lead form. We'd rather you know exactly what to gather first — it saves you a second round of paperwork, and it means the certificate itself moves faster once you're ready.
