Four things drive the price: how many entries are posted each month, how many bank accounts and payment gateways must be reconciled, how many statutory returns are included, and whether the books are current or behind. A shop with 60 entries and one account costs far less to maintain than a trading firm with 600 entries and five accounts.
Software matters less than people expect. Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks take similar effort, so we charge the same for each. What changes the fee is volume and review depth: a CA reviewing a trial balance takes more time than a clerk posting vouchers.
The monthly plan covers entries, bank reconciliation, ledger review and a basic monthly report. GST returns, payroll, TDS returns and MIS are listed as separate lines so you can see what each costs and drop what you do not need.
One-time work, such as clearing a backlog or switching software, is priced separately because it does not repeat. Annual accounts and audit support are also priced per year. We list each fee on the service page, with government fees shown on their own line.
A very low fee often means entries are posted by an unreviewed operator, with no reconciliation and no CA view. The cost appears later as notices, rework at year end or a loan application that fails. A fair test is to ask who reviews the work and what is delivered each month.
We keep fees fixed and written down after one sample month, so the price does not creep. If volumes change materially, we tell you before the next month and move you to the right plan.

No. Accounting has no government fee. Taxes you owe, such as GST or TDS, are paid directly to the government from your bank account and are not part of our fee. Late fees and interest, if any, are also paid by you to the government.
Yes. Many clients pay quarterly, and annual payment is possible. The fee does not change. Monthly services continue each month regardless of the payment cycle, and a written invoice with GST is issued for each payment. Payment terms are written into the engagement letter.
