Four dates fall inside every month: TDS deposit by the 7th, GSTR-1 by the 11th for monthly filers, PF and ESIC contributions by the 15th and GSTR-3B by the 20th. Professional tax follows the state's schedule.
Dates move when they fall on a holiday, and the government sometimes extends them by notification. We check the portal each month and tell clients when a date has changed, so you do not rely on a reminder that is out of date.
Quarterly TDS returns are due on 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 31 May. Advance tax instalments fall on 15 June, 15 September, 15 December and 15 March. Companies hold the annual general meeting by 30 September in the usual case and file annual forms after it.
Annual dates depend on your entity type and on audit applicability. We build a calendar for your entity at onboarding and update it whenever a law or a due date changes.
Late GST returns attract a daily late fee and interest on unpaid tax. Late TDS deposit attracts interest, and late TDS returns attract a daily fee. Late PF and ESIC contributions attract interest and damages. Late ROC filings attract additional fees per day.
These amounts are small for the first few days and large after a few months. The cheapest approach is a calendar with reminders three days before each date, which is exactly what our monthly plan provides.
| Date | What is due | Applies to |

| 15th | PF and ESIC | Employers |
| 20th | GSTR-3B (monthly filers) | Registered taxpayers |
| Quarter-end plus 31 days | TDS return | Deductors |
| 15 Jun, 15 Sep, 15 Dec, 15 Mar | Advance tax | Taxpayers with liability |

Central dates such as GST and TDS are national, but professional tax and labour welfare fund dates differ by state. GST staggering for quarterly filers also varies by state group. We map your state's dates when we set up the calendar.
We do. Each client receives a monthly calendar and reminder messages three days before each date. For services we handle, such as GST or TDS, we also tell you the tax to be paid before we file, so you can fund the account.
